Psychotherapy provides a confidential, therapeutic relationship in which to explore your difficulties.  I focus on trying to see the world as you do, which enables you to develop your relationship with yourself, others and the difficulties you are facing.  A period of psychotherapy can help you to make changes in areas of your life that feel stuck and enable you to feel more freedom in your choices.

In my practice I work with both individuals and couples.  I am committed to building individuals’ capacity to cope with emotional distress and to improving the emotional wellbeing of couples, children and families through supporting adult couple relationships.
